アストロクリエーションでは山口県宇部市のショールーム販売に加えて、オンラインでの通販を日本全国から世界中に展開をしています。

1. 購入したい商品を選ぶ

購入したい商品が決まりましたら、「カートに入れる」ボタンをクリックしてください。ショッピングカートに追加されます。

2. 購入手続きに進む(レジへ進む)

「現在のカートの中身」のページ、もしくは左側のショッピングカートにある「レジへ進む」ボタンをクリックします。カートの内容が表示されます。

3. 購入手続きをする（会計をする）

カートの説明に従って、「購入者情報」「お届け先情報」「お支払い方法」などを決定します。

4. 確認のメールが届きます

購入内容のメールが届きます。

【Delivery to Outside Japan】

 

We will deliver your purchase by EMS (Express Mail Service by Japan Post Co.).

We deliver our items to:

Products can be shipped Monday through Friday. (Japan time)
(Shipments will be made within 3 days after after payment is received)

■ We cannot schedule shipments to be delivered on a specific day.

■ All packages are assigned a tracking number and are shipped through registered mail. You will be able to track your items online.

■ Signature may be required upon delivery.

■ EMS usually takes between 3 - 10 days for delivery. Depending on your country’s customs regulations, it might take more time for your package to arrive.

Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

 

★ 　$15 USD will be added to ship to:

Brazil.

 

【 Refunds and Exchanges 】

 

■ The post office keeps packages for ONLY 30 DAYS. Customers are responsible for collecting their packages in the case of a missed delivery.

If uncollected packages are returned to us, we can only refund you the purchase price. There is no refund for shipping.

■ If an incorrect item is mailed to you by mistake, please contact us within a week of receiving your package to arrange for a replacement or refund. The incorrect item must be returned to us in its original condition.

■ If you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return an item:
*You must contact us within a week of receiving your items.
*Returns can only be accepted for items in their original condition (washed or worn clothing cannot be accepted)
*Customers are responsible for the return shipping fee. It is recommended that you purchase shipping with a tracking number to safeguard against items being lost in the mail.
